HOW DO YOU STRAIGHTEN A PICTURE WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD TO YOUR SIGHT?

[B][B] Why is it that when I download a picture it gets side ways? Please let me know, I have looked in the FAQ and I can find how to fix it.

I want to say I've narrowed it down to the direction of your phone when you take the picture. Something to do with auto rotate or something? Sometimes it looks fine to me but it's sideways to everyone else. I've found if I put the picture into a photo editing app and save it back to my camera roll it will show up like normal.
