Beautiful little foxers. As far as I can tell from the picture, the baby looks normal. What makes you think downs?

The one on the left. He looks completely different than my other 2. I've read alot on downs and have wondered if this is what's wrong with my little guy

Is the second to last pic the little one you are questioning? Or are all of them of the little one in question? First, I'm not familiar with fox squirrels, but I do have a grey dwarf? These pics don't look out of the ordinary to me. Can you say what the differences are between your squirrels? My little dwarf just never seemed to grow. He's still only about the size of a 10 wk old grey and he's about 18 mths old. Maybe a side by side comparison picture of your little guys would help.

I am not a expert by no means. But to me it looks like swelling maybe from some sort of injury or bites before you started caring for them. Just a thought??

Just saw this. I have two little dwarf girls. One of yours looks like a baby foxer. The other? Duno. Are they siblings in which case there is absolutely something going on with the small one but don't think at this second not really looking at the baby that he's Downs. I see I'm late chiming in. How are your babys doing?
