Help dosing - Jill has Giardia

Just when I thought things were getting better. Jill's wound looks much better. This morning she smelled like something died. Her bottom was covered in green diarrhea and it smells foul. I gave her a bath. What can I treat her with?? I think I messed up this weekend. Now that I think about it, I didn't change her water bottle out from last weekend when we got to our bay house on Friday. The diarrhea started this morning.
I can't change title to HAS giardia.

I have 2 pills. 500 mg prescribed on 10/5/15. Says use before 10/5/16.
It is most likely Giardia right?? It is green, runny, and foul.

Can you get new pills from your vet?
These are "probably" still good, but if you
can get new, that would be best.

I will check. Is that the correct med to ask for. We are on our second bath. I have some big wigs coming in for work today so I wont be able to come back to the house or go to the vet until 4 or 5. She is not eating. She eats 2 blocks religiously for breakfast. She wont touch them. I cleaned her cage. I gave her a new water bottle here in case maybe it is the water bottle here.

Yes that is the correct drug if this is Giardia.
Flagyl is the brand name for Metronidazole.

We got Biomox (amox)with 500 mg flagyl and 4 mls panacur in the mix. Twice a day. Fingers crossed. Love my vet who made this for me even though I couldnt bring her in.

Ugh! How long does it take to cure? The stench is mostly gone but still have soft green slimy diarrhea.

Ugh. Any ideas on how to treat flyers? I now believe Jill actually picked it up from the flyers. They have never been in contact with one another until 3 weeks ago. I now see my flyers all have it. Since we moved the flyers to the bay house, Jill was able to climb on their cages and I believe it is where she picked it up.
This is nasty stuff. Not so noticeable at first with flyers because of thier tiny poops. But now I've gone in and checked some fresh stuff and pewwwwweeey. It's green but dries brown, so was hard to check.
I cannot hold all flyers as babies are a bit wild. I can only guess to give them meds in their water or yogurt??? And since some are in same cage, it will be hard to make sure of dosing. Anyway this stuff could clear up on its own???
Jill is better. Yet still has green soft poop. Not quite as smelly and gross as before.
