Ive been using oxbow young rat blocks for making homemade blocks. Lilo is 5.5 months im guessing. Should i switch to adult rat blocks after she is 6 months old?

Ive used the recipes ive found on here. I switch it up slightly each batch . ive switched between hazlenut flavouring and vanilla extract...ive added sesame seeds and one batch i added dry oats.
I seem to have an issue with them being too shreddable..she makes a huge mess of them. So i cant tell exactly how much she actually eats.
Im wondering if i can use some suet or something to mush all the crumbs into and offer them again
