Can't open ANY photos!!

OK, I'm not the brightest crayon in the box with computes/electronics/apps etc... I exceeded my own expectations when I learned to upload and post photos here but since my last posting of photos, which I could not open after posting them but others could, I cannot open ANY photos posted here! blink blink! Also, all photos, including those in my folder and the last I posted, have an "X" on them. What did I do to cause this, and more importantly - WHAT can I do to correct it???

If you are using Internet Explorer, I have tried but never figured out why the pics do not display. I use Mozilla Firefox for TSB browsing... https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

I do use Internet Explorer, and I HAD been able to post AND view the photos... I can still post them, and others can see them but I can't view any of them anymore. I will try using Foxfire.
