NUTS should be in VERY limited amounts, given as a treat when
they eat their block and veggies.
Also limit the fruit...and make sure she has leafy greens.
Can you list everything she eats.
DIET is key to a healthy squirrel in captivity.
We see way too many cases of MBD on this board, and
that's something that's completely preventable by proper diet.
Can you put a shallow dish of warmed formula in her cage?
Just barely coat the bottom of a shallow dish and add more
as she wants it.

If she is still eating the formula I wouldn't just stop giving it. You can put a tiny bit in the bottom of a shallow bowl and see if she will drink it that way. When I say a little bit, I mean just a skim on the bottom or she will be splashing it around because it's fun...:grin3 As she gets used to the bowl you can add slightly more as she wants it. I never just stop the formula as it is like insurance for healthy nutrition until they are eating a VERY healthy diet including block.
Now, on to the diet...Is she eating rodent block of some kind? Unless she is, nuts are out of the diet until she is. She needs the nutrition that is in them and the nuts are going to cause her to have the possibility of getting MBD. Here is the link to the healthy diet for squirrels.

Please follow it and ask any questions you need to about diet. Poor diet is the number one cause of illness and death in captive (rehabbing too) squirrels.

The block is the Henry's healthy blocks that many of us feed our squirrels once they are weaned. The are specially made to meet a squirrel's nutritional needs in addition to fresh veggies. You can order them here : www.henryspets.com
You want to order the high protein blocks for baby squirrels. Or you can choose to feed a high quality rodent block, but many of us find our squirrels will eat the blocks better.

You cannot buy the Henry's blocks at pet stores, only online. The blocks were created by one of our members here and she runs an online business where she sells them and various other rehab supplies. If you don't want to go that route, a high quality rodent block is also ok to feed - I am not sure which are good options as I don't feed them to my squirrels, but I'm sure someone else could advise you there.

I was feeding Kaytee rodent block from the pet store when mine were very young and just weaning from the formula, but they weren't into them. They're kind of dry and gross. They eat the henry's blocks now, along with the veggies/fruits listed on the pet squirrel diet page and I purchase mine through my Amazon account. I find they usually arrive within a week.
