Chippie assist - wet tail?

Hi - Mars helped me earlier and I have a call in to her as well but hope someone might be on to assist. My chippie, who had a respiratory infection, did well for a day but this morning has the distended belly I would think is wet tail...I have some fizzy tabs for that but is there anything I can do? I hate to come so far and lose her.
