Yellow Squash

Hello, I went to the grocery store today and they were out of butternut squash so I got my squirrel, Fall, yellow squash instead. (if she even likes it) Is there any issues about me leaving the skin on it? Thank you!

I leave the skin on for my critters, but I don't really classify that as skin :grin2 When I think skin, I picture grapes, tomatoes, etc. Sometimes they'll peel the yellow squash themselves, but other times they leave it on and munch. Plus, I think that's where the most nutrients are!

Many people leave the peel on and the squirrels just eat around it, but I personally cut all peelings off for my squirrels..... yep, they are spoiled.
