Potty problems?

I went to get Teddy out of his cage for his feeding and he had urinated all over himself. Is this normal? He's about 11 weeks old, eating VERY well still and nothing else is off with him.

Sometimes boys are a little messy. Just keep an eye on it and if he seems to be straining or has this happen again, perhaps think about maybe a UTI. I wouldn't worry yet though.

This is unrelated to the potty mess but is it ok for them to sit perfectly still on you but feel like they're shivering? That started this afternoon. Maybe he heard something or was scared? It was just a first and he's my first.
