How do I resize a photo in paint...

How do I resize a photo in Paint so that they are not huge on here. I have tried but it isn't working. I read that it can be done, but can't figure out how. Thank you.

(I take pics with my phone and upload to computer)

I zoom out (either to 12% or 25%) using the buttons on the bottom and screen shot what I have, then immediately paste the shot into paint. Then I crop to fit how I want :grin2
