I have a bearded dragon so I'm trying to see if some of the things I commonly buy for him are good for my Sammy baby too. I saw collards and turnips on the no list. They share arugula now. I saw meal worms on the list and wondered if I could feed Sammy superworms. Mealworms are too hard for a beardie to digest in large quantities because of their shell. Superworms look similar to me but their shell is easier and they are bigger than meal worms. The nutritional info is on the last two in the picture.

Also I didn't see any mention of mustard greens. Anyone have any info on if that is okay?

No info on the wormies :yuck but mine eat mustard greens sometimes, though they get bored with them quickly. Good thing they're cheap!!

Awesome!! I will introduce those to him next and see what he thinks of them. The last two days he's started to cut down a little on his formula intake and he's eating his block and veggies. My beardie never eats a whole bag of veggies before they go bad so them being able to share as much as possible will help!

I have a feeling all Sammy would do with a superworm is either run from it or try to play with it.

Sammy and I have the same idea! :grin2 RUN! :panic

Sharing them will definitely help! (you can even regrow some greens using the clippings to save some money!)

I've tried growing greens for Spike. As much as I can keep my kids and animals alive and healthy, I can't say the same for the plants. I always forget about them!!
