Cal... Phos... Ratio

How much of a daily ratio do I need to have. I have looked but have not found anything direct. He is a grey squirrel right now is 7 weeks old. I introduced hhb and he is eating that along with his formula. I'm trying to get everything prepared so I know that he will continue to be healthy... Btw... He is 200 grams and is a love bug.
