Normally my little girl acts like she's starving this morning I had to cut her feeding a little short because I had a doctor's appointment, second feeding she ate good, this feeding she barely ate any and went back to sleep. Is she just maturing so she wants to go longer in between feedings? Nothing seems to be wrong with her no clicking I thought she was sneezing yesterday however i realized it was just the little pftt sound they make.

Keep trying to feed her normally. If she continues to take less each feeding, space them out a bit more :)

How old is she, how often are you feeding, and what amount?
How much does she weigh?

She's between 3-4 weeks, I'm feeding her every 4 hours, 3-4ml and she weighed 61g two days ago so I'm sure it's gone up by then. She had some diarrhea because before I didn't know how much to feed her and was over feeding her, so I gave her hydration water today she drank maybe 2 or 3 ml then went back to sleep. She doesn't seem sick at all still very active but I think me going to the doctors today just messed up her schedule so she's not sure when to eat and when to sleep. But Idk if something could be wrong and me not know it.

It's very typical for little ones to fall asleep during feeding.
I wouldn't worry, and I doubt that you "threw her off" schedule
as squirrels are more "resilient" than that, or it would drive their mom's
crazy. :)
Here's a chart to "guide" you with the amount to feed.
Keep us posted how she's doing.:hug

The chart below reflects the "rule of thumb" for feeding formula.
Weigh the squirrel in grams and give ~ 5-7% of their body weight in
formula (mLs/cc's) as reflected on the chart below.
