I may have been over feeding her, or she's just not used to the formula yet.. however she had bad diarrhea and now I believe she's dehydrated bc when I pinch her skin it doesn't go back. What souls I do?

Stop the formula feeding and give her a few feedings with some homemade Pedialyte...... all squirrels need to be hydrated before feeding them formula. Once you start to feed again make sure it's at 5-7% of the squirrels body weight.
What kind if formula are you feeding and how often?
...... weight?

Esbilac, I read on multiple sites to use that formula.. and is it okay to switch between the two pedialyte and formula after she's already been eating formula for about a week? She was hydrated but now not... idk what happened.

You can switch between the two....... or give a few feedings of just pedialyte, then do the switching to help hydrate her faster.
Homemade Pedialyte
1 cup hot water
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
*let cool down then feed

Are you feeding the powered puppy esbilac with pre and pro-biotics?
How old is this baby, how often do you feed?
Knowing the weight of baby is extremely important to gage feedings between the 5-7%.
Over feeding causes diarrhea, diarrhea causes dehydration
