Baby 4-5 weeks old making pneumonia clicking sound

He started making the sound around 1 oclock last night. I have Cephalexin 500mg, Amoxicillin 500mg, cefprozil 250mg, and suprax 400 mg. I know someone with bactrim, but I do not know the strength. Can anyone help me with how to get the right dosage?

You need to weigh him and tell us his weight since the dose is based on weight.

He weighs 52g.
He only ate 2cc of GMF a little while ago. He is still moving around, so not too lethargic.
The bactrim I have says sulfameth/TMP 800/160MG TB. I have not researched that, but I also have the other antibiotics I mentioned before.

I'm really not sure which one is better since I know that Bactrim is a little slower
acting.
