When young babies stomachs are full you can see a "faint" white band such as this.
(Picture has been darkened to show better.) You would only want to see this band
the distance you see here, not any higher. This is why it's very important to know
the babies weight in grams and to only feed 5-7% of body weight.
A pinkie as shown in picture should only be fed 5% of it's body weight.

Would you be able to see this in older squirrel, fitted? I've never had a pinkie, and never noticed on mine. I just saw the term Used on several Posts i was reading.
