Sweet potatoe for Lilo

I am just going to start lilo on some sweet potatoe baby food tonight. What is an ideal serving size for her. She weighs approx 155g give or take a couple grams. Im guessing her age 7 weeks.

You can give her a little piece of sweet potato raw,
there's no need for this to be baby food.
Some par cook it first and then cool and give it that way. :)
Make sure the inside is cool as well.
