HELP!!!

Just found a baby that is sick? hurt? It is raining and getting dark so did not want to leave it. I used a stick to get it in a flower pot, seems to not be using its legs but not sure. I put it in a cage with some peanuts and a t-shirt. I don't know anything about them. I am in Oak Forest IL. Anyone close to me? Can someone call me (708-203-4212) and tell me what to do?

I talked to this person on the phone and situation looks bleak. She will check with the vets in her area tomorrow, but if anyone knows a rehabber in this area please call her at # in above post.
I gave basic instructions, warmth, rest, and hydration and she really wants to give this baby to a knowledgable individual ( vet or rehabber).
