I do not believe she looks bloated. When they are "full" they tend to fill out to the sides. Bloat tends to expand out like a "beer belly". It is a good idea to have some infant gas drops (simethicone) on hand though...

She is so cute! She doesn't look bloated to me. Bloat is also hard and tight but a full belly is more like a balloon that has started losing air.
