Very sick baby!!

I need answers quick!! 5-6 week old non-responsive. Have given a little Karo in his cheek, labored breathing. Already been to vet night before last. Started him on antibiotic. Was given herbivore powered mix and told to not give any more esbilac?? I need all the help I can get, I'm afraid he doesn't have long!!
