clicking baby grey

Hi all,
Been awhile since i've been on. Been working with a rehabber so ive been pretty busy. Anyway, I have a 12 gram baby grey that's clicking. I have some clavamox to start but the info on the bottle is weird and i cant dose it. Can any one help?
Bottle says Amoxi/clav 500/125mg. I have a call into a vet for some baytril but she has not returned my call and I am worried that that connection has fallen through.
