I posted that scrat has had a possible stroke but I guess it didn't post because I must have timed out. So rather than going through all the symptoms again anyone have any suggestions I should do. I took her to the vet Monday morning and we have a two week deadline to get her weight back up because she went from 1.3 to .80 and a lot of other new issues.

I'm no help with the medical issues, but why do you have a 2 week deadline?

Poor old girl....she really is a tough one, scratsdad, in her 12th year despite all her difficulties. That alone is amazing!
I'm not sure what you can do for her if it is a stroke, but one thing I would do is a little P/T with her legs and arms, to keep her from becoming stiff or atrophied.

I think it matters if it is a blockage versus an aneurysm or bleed out. If the former, enzymes are sometimes used to dissolve the blockage. I the latter case, surgery is the only thing I know and at her age that probably wouldn't be an option. Can you get her to a vet for evaluation?
