Bot prevention question

I've noticed several of my yard squirrels have a few bots. :yuck
I don't think any of them are too bad, so far none seem to have more than a couple.

The problem:
I treated the two squirrels I know best, both hand raised. I gave each of them a shelled pecan with a drop of Revolution on it.
Luna is definitely bot- free, she lets me check her out without biting.
Palmer is more shy, and AFTER I gave her the pecan she was hanging by her toes on the pool screen right in front of me, eating it, and I noticed two swellings on her torso. I'm almost positive they're bots.
I'm worried that if the Revolution kills the bot larvae, they will rot inside her and... that wouldn't be good. Any thoughts?

Also, I feed my yard squirrels every day. I put out HHB's, boo balls, whole tree nuts, avocado, raw sunflower seeds. I need to make more blocks/ balls. Is there anything I can add to my recipe to boost their immunity and overall health, to help the ones who have bots stay healthy?

Revolution will definitely NOT kill bots after they have started warble development.
Remember the bot babies from last season? They each had a tiny warble. One had 2. They were treated with Revolution and it had NO effect on the development. The warble continued to grow. Tina (crazy4squirrels) had to pull the bots on the babies because it's not good to let a warble develop to maturity on a tiny baby.

This was the reason, I treated WAY before the bot season. I don't know what the time frame is from contact with eggs, hatching and penetrating the skin, traveling in the body to warble development. I have no idea. :dono Because of this, I wanted the Revolution in Susie well before any bot activity. It seems to have worked.

Palmer will be fine. The Revolution will not kill the bots at this stage.
Ivermectin, on the other hand is classified as a 'boticide' and will most definitely kill a developing bot. That's why you wouldn't want to use that now.

This wasn't Luna's first dose of Revolution, thankfully, and she has NO bots. Yay!
I'm very glad I don't have to worry about Palmer. I believe she was one of the "Bot Babies". And praise God I was on vacation and they were being squirrel-sitted when the warbles were removed. (Altho Pee-Wee's mom was SO kind to send me a picture of the nasty little things after they were removed. I still have trouble looking at shell pasta without thinking of them. YUCK!)

I should have been more proactive with Palmer, my bad-- hopefully she won't get too many, like I said I only see 2. All this rain is making me nervous, though... Will the Revolution, at this point, help prevent any new bot problems with her?

And I still have the nutrition question... I need to make blocks and balls soon, if anyone has ideas for boosting their nutrition, please let me know! Thanks!
