Moulting season???

Noticed yesterday when hanging out with my boy that fur, more than just usual shedding was on the blanket. I am assuming that it is Moult. I follow the food pyramid, no corn, sunflower seeds ever, a black Walnut twice a week for teeth maintenance. The worst thing he may get is alittle more fruit than he should have, eats henrys blocks
