I have been trying to care for an adult injured squirrel since yesterday. He can't move at all and not eating anything. I have been feeding him hourly a sugar salt water solution that I found on this website. I have cleaned his wounds and applied neosporin on them. I have also given him ibuprofen for the pain. Is there anything else I can do? It's breaking my heart. Please help

If this is a cat attack the squirrel needs antibiotics and the sooner the better. If the squirrel is unable to move there may be significant damage to the spinal column.
Have you searched for a rehabber in your area? I honestly think that's going to be your best bet at this point.
I did a very quick search and found Kentucky Wildlife Center...I have no idea how close or far you are from them, but I would certainly call them and ask if they know of anyone close to you. Here is the number:

What antibiotics do you have access to? They can be human meds - we need to have their size in milligrams and name. Cat saliva passes pasturella which is what the anitbiotics would be for. You will ultimately need to be able to get your hands on a 1cc syringe (no needle). If you go to a pharmacist and tell them you are trying to hand feed something like a newborn kitten or baby guinea pig they will often give you a few of them. You will need it to dose the meds.
Adult wilds often like Ensure, the human meal replacement shakes. If you are being successful getting hydration in, you may be able to get it to try some ensure.

I have doxycycline 100mg capsules. I was thinking of giving him milk or peanut butter or sunflower seeds mixed with water to get some nutrition in. I have been using a syringe to give him the water solution. But I will go right now and get ensure. I forgot to mention he pooped and peed twice since yesterday. Several little oblong ball like dark poo

Do NOT give milk. It's toxic to squirrels.

Check the expiration date on the Doxy, unlike most other meds / antibiotics Doxy can be dangerous to use after it expires!
