Ok. Anyone who knows me knows I used to be a daily person on here. Probably annoyingly so.
But I got a new phone. And no matter how many times I hit " remember me" at log in it still logs me out and it's so darn annoying. Any tips ?
I think it's an iPhone 5 where I used to have the 3 or 4 .

Try clearing the cookies from your browser (not out of the fridge) :grin3
How to clear cookies from Safari
Close Safari
Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
Scroll down and tap on Safari.
Scroll down and tap on Clear Cookies and Data.

You might also have to clear the web history- be aware that this may also clear settings you have for other webpages.
When the cookies have been cleared, try logging on again with Remember Me checked.

Are you leaving the page open in Safari & it's logging you out after a specified amount of time, or is it happening when you close the tab or close Safari then try to get back on? I have an iPhone 6+, & I just have Safari running 24/7 with one tab always dedicated to TSB, & it's always open just fine when I pull up that page--never have to login. Only times have been when I've had to reboot my phone when it was acting stupid. Hope this helps....

Jen.. I have it both ways.
It logs me out after a while on safari.
I tried the cookie thing and it did not help :(
I have a home screen tab that I can click for TSB. Worked fine on the old phone ..

Another thing to check. Settings>Safari>Block Cookies> "Allow from Websites I visit" should be checked. Or you can try changing it to "Always Allow".
The only other thing I can suggest is repeating the close Safari, Clear Cookies and Website data and then Power Off. All the way off, by holding down the button up top until the "slide to power off" appears on the screen. Wait about 10 seconds then hold down the button again. The white Apple screen should appear as the phone reboots.
