Kale types, ok?.

So at whole foods I have found a few different kinds of Kale. Does anyone know if all the types are ok, as some are have purple color in them. Do not know if that matters?

no it doesn't. I tried all types. They should all be ok as far as I know.
if not - I hope someone will post if it isn't.
