lulu is becoming more energetic and waking me up when the sun comes up to let her out im just worried. she is still dranging her leg and im worried about her getting it caught or something happening to it because now shes trying to run around. also everytime i go to feed her something other then her pellets she seems like shes starving. i crush up tums and mix it with her milk and she just seems like shes starving and i also gave her a couple carrot slices and she just ate them like it was her last meal. also with the blueberries i gave her. is that normal?? i feel like shes not getting enough food but im giving her everything im suppose to now. is it cuz shes getting better that shes so hungry?

Did you order any block from Henry's Healthy Pets? If you give her 2 blocks a day then fresh veggies with rat block she will have plenty to eat. Remember that fruit is supposed to be given in small amounts like a treat. Veggies need to be the main part of her diet along with the block.
Have you checked out the food pyramid that lists the foods they can and can't have?

i did get the rat blocks and she does eat about 2 a day and i only gave her three good sized blueberries i wanted to give her something a little more sweet since shes been on just tums milk and the rat blocks. but how long do you think it will take her leg to get back to normal?

Yes. Are you following the MBD protocol? More is not better in this case at all. Too much calcium can just ccreate more problems.

When reading the protocol, please remember what you have already been doing and don't start with the big dose.

This is just my opinion, but I think this squirrel should be seen by a vet if she is still dragging her leg.

Truly, if I lived in a state where I could see a vet with my squirrel who wasn't using her leg to walk, I would. This is very unusual behavior and not good. Is Lulu going to be released?
