What you need to do right now is give her Tums. Get the fruit flavored ones like TD suggested and let us know exactly which Tums you bought so it can be dosed according to her. Some Tums have more calcium than others. Giving her antler and other things high in calcium isn't going to work as well as the Tums. Once you get her on track and she's feeling better then you need to concentrate on changing that diet and incorporating foods with calcium and stay away from the foods with high phosphorous.
Just go back to your other thread and go over the post TubeDriver posted with the MBD info.

You need to discontinue ALL nuts, seeds and corn immediately. There are a variety of nutritious foods for squirrels on various online sites but you basically want a type of lab rat chow. I use "Chris's Squirrels and More" for calcium and squirrel blocks. Read the labels and avoid anything containing nuts. In the mean time, you want to be feeding your squirrel lots of dark green leafy vegetables like FRESH (never frozen) spinach, kale, and collars. *WASH all vegetables very well before feeding to your squirrel! Also, oranges are very high in calcium and my Daisy loves oranges. You'll find that many fruits and vegetables are too high in phosphorus for the amount of calcium that's in them. Also, RICE CHEX CEREAL is a great substitute for the crunchy nuts.

I will only quibble about the spinach. Yes, it is high in calcium, which is good, but it is also EXTREMELY high in oxylates, which in high amounts can cause kidney issues - many people are on diets for this and have to avoid spinach like the plague because of it, even though it has so many GOOD things in it.
