Hi! my husband and i rescued this little guy a little over a week ago, and i'm trying to determin his age...i thought he was about 6-7 weeks old but he only weighs 78 grams and i saw that he should weigh at least 150 if he was that age. How old do you think he is? 273473

They typically open their eyes at 5 weeks old.
If you got him a little over a week ago, he would have to be at least
6+ weeks if his eyes are open. I believe the estimate of 6-7 is accurate.
Let's fatten him up a little.
Is this a little fox squirrel?

His tail is curling. If he's a gray squirrel, their tails curl after 7 weeks of age.
