Tiny Chipmunk

Yesterday I got in a tiny chipmunk (15) grams. He has hair and 1 eye open. The lady said she got him when he had no hair a week ago. She has been feeding him canned puppy replacer and baby food in squeezy packs. Is this a proper weight for this age?? I had two last year with eyes closed that were much bigger. When I got him he was ice cold and wet, as she had a water bottle in a cage with shavings. I warmed him ,etc before feeding. I mixed what he was on and Esbilac powder formula. He is active and trying to nibble block but to me he is just tiny. After raising 4 grey squirrels he is just a tiny little bit. He is taking 1cc every 3 hrs. I got up last night too because he is so small. I am thinking she had him longer and he just was not on the right formula. She had been giving him Pedialyte also the whole time she had him.

Thank you so much for the info. This little one seems backward as far as development. His eyes open, but ears are not. So so tiny!!
