I would like to find another kind of block that I can feed my buddy. She eats A LOT and takes between 7 and 10 a day. Can anyone provide a direct link to where I can purchase a very similar kind of block online? Specifically, I am hoping for blocks with preservatives that she could eat 7 to 10 of, if she's that hungry. I plan to stop using Kaytee blocks asap.

check thecraftyrat.com for harlan teklad (there might be oxbow, too, but I don't remember)

Out of curiosity I was wondering why you do not want Kaytee. You said you would like one with preservatives. Do they go bad?

Is the Rat and Mouse Diet #5663 the correct one for squirrels?

Thanks, but I think it's closed. Got this message:

"The Crafty Rat will be closed for the month of May.
The store will re-open for orders on June 1st, 2016.

The concern came up in this thread, http://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?53862-Blocks-for-Releases

And somewhere else recently. I'll post the other thread if I can find it. Both were vague recollections without specifics.

I believe so. That's the one I ordered, but I could be wrong :thumbsup
