I have three now; my adult grey Snickers, and her two young foster sisters ( estimat about 3-4 mos old). Snickers has always been picky; I've tried the regular adult, and picky formula HHBs. So far, the only ones she readily eats are the wild bites. Since the two youngers are sharing her large habitat room ( amazingly getting along well so far ), is it ok for them to share the wild bites? I also have the Henry's young squirrel blocks, but they won't eat them. Only want the Wild Bites ( plus the healthy extras- fruits, veggies) . Also, the one younger ( Doodles) has had some sort of mouth trauma - she has malocclusion, and difficulty chewing or eating anything, and the wild bites do seem easier for her to gnaw on. Just checking if this is ok? Also, what is a healthy weight for an adult grey- getting worried Snickers is obese :/. She was so thin last fall- running herself away; now she porked out again , or at least looks very plump...

Yes, the WildBites are fine.

You mentioned difficulty eating due to malocclusion. This is a problem. Do the teeth need trimming? I would give them some extra hard nuts to chew to see if Doodles can file the teeth down. Black walnuts or hickory nuts would be perfect if you can get some. They are as hard as steel. :grin2
If she can't keep her teeth filed down on her own, she will be a non-release. Sometimes the teeth can be corrected by frequent trimming.

Glad to hear the wild bites are good. The mouth baby ( Doodle) had overgrown teeth when I aquired her about 3/4 weeks ago -and the lower incisors were so overgrown they had made a hole into her upper hard palate. I believe her jaw must have been fractured or lizard; her lower teeth are deviated to the right. I carefully trimmed both the upper and leer teeth ( according to a video I viewed ) but in just a couple weeks those lowers are already back long again . Do they grow that fast? My point is , I don't think she can gnaw anything. In fact, she gets quite aggravated when she tries to eat a block.. Grunting and complaining. I'm still giving her formula through an attached piece of catheter, because she couldn't position her mouth to suck properly . And her balance/ totally off kilter; wobbles and falls unless she's gripping the bark on her limbs, stumps in her play area I've petitioned off an area for her in Snickers large play room, with padding , and branches and log pieces for her to build strength and motor skills, if possible. She's a spunky little thing, wrestles and plays with her foster sisters ( they can hop in and out as please)
