My foxer is 20 months old. His testicles dropped between 4 and 5 months of age. Today I was looking at them and they seemed more round instead of oval like they normally are. So I felt of them and I felt something in between the 2 testicles that felt like a very small testicle in the middle of the 2. So of course I kept checking it thru out the day. Sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn't. My concern is a tumor of course. I also thought maybe it's his penis in between them. Has any members noticed anything like this in their males? Worried .....

Its likely his penis. If I tried checking on Sammy, I would be wondering where my fingers went...:shakehead :grin3
Your squirrel is very tolerant!!!

That is my guess too, I will continue to monitor him. Yes my boy let's me do pretty much whatever I need to do to him. I can even look into his mouth, check his teeth, take something out of his mouth if need be. And also check his testicles. He is a very good boy and we are very bonded. I am so blessed to be able to share my life with him.

Just wondering if anyone else has any thoughts about this. I am still concerned.

His penis is not actually located within or between his testicles, is it? My two boys are young and their testicles haven't dropped yet. Have you looked at an Internet chart of the anatomy of a squirrel to see if you can decipher what you might be feeling? I hope you can figure it out soon and it's nothing serious. :blowkiss

I can't comment on your squirrel specifically, but I WILL tell you that their testicles are in a nonstop state of change. They are cute little furries and 2 weeks later they are big purple porn balls...then they suddenly almost totally disappear (you can actually feel them-VERY GENTLY-behind the abdominal wall). This sounds like something you can fell but not see? I would keep an eye on them and see if it changes/goes away/etc.

I will monitor it, so far it has not changed in size. It may have always been like that but I had not noticed. The area in question is between the testicles. It is thin and moves around. I have looked at male squirrel anatomy, it does feel like what the penis looks like in the pictures I have seen. I just worry so much about him ....
He is not neutered so I worry about cancer. Thank you for all your help
