Nasty diarrhea

I have 5 babies with really bad diarrhea. It doesn't have a coccidia smell tho it ain't a boquet of spring flowers. I have Albon but only enough for the next few doses. Suggestions please? I started their day with pedialyte. Poor babies looked spiky. They've had a goats milk/yogurt blend that seemed to sit well on their tummies. I also gave each a little childrens Immodium which has helped some--enough to let their little bung holes heal a bit. Sweeties need some help please.

Do you have any Dia-Stat? It can work wonders with stabilizing the poops. I would keep hydrating until the morning, in between small feedings of the formula and see if things improve. If they do not, you need to start the Albon and either get more (normal course is 10-14 days, I believe) or order Baycox ASAP.
