St. Pete being on the west coast of Fl, would USFbrad know of anyone or would the rehabber that took the baby squirrel for Roxie's mom in Lakeland be able to take a bunny? Just asking?

You might check with crazy4squirrels. She's licensed and is just north of St.Pete. I don't know if she does bunnies but she might know someone that does.

I finally received a pic of the bunny...... I'm thinking he is old enough to be on his own...... what are you guys thinking?

That bunny is old enough to be on it's own. It should get abs. What grabbed it? The sooner we release the better as bunnies stress very easily but again ABS if grabbed by cat .

The bunny was brought in by a dog. It is eating, drinking and hopping around fine today. If she brings the bunny to you can you give it abs then release?

Sorry..... just got word that the little bunny passed away.
What ever got him, the dog or some thing else, must have
punctured deep inside hitting a vital orgam. (r.i.p.) :Love_Icon

So sorry to hear. Bunnies do not usually do well after dog or cat attacks. I had one about the same size and a cat had punctured the lung...so sad:(
