I'd like to get my license in time for Spring baby season, but I'm trying to figure out how to set up my home in a way that will pass the inspection. Small house, no basement , little storage, only 1 bathroom, no outbuildings. We've got an extra bedroom upstairs that could be converted into the rehab room. What I'm stuck on is the sink, though. The rules say you have to have a sink dedicated to your rehab stuff, that you can't use your personal ones for washing out syringes, etc. We've got 2 sinks: 1 bathroom & 1 kitchen. Need both for regular life. Was thinking maybe we could install some sort of outdoor utility sink that hooks up to the garden hose outside the back door....wouldn't gave hot water & honestly I probably wouldn't use it, but it would fulfill the letter of the law. What does everyone else do to meet this criterion? I'm a pretty handy DIY girl, but my plumbing skills are pretty lacking!

By the way, I'm looking to move to the country within a year, but that can't happen before Spring. New house will have to accommodate a rehab setup!
