How do we mix the calcium? Can it be mix with the formula. Thank you

Well, personally I like to just add it to a bit of water or juice and pout it into their mouth. That way you don't have to try to be sure a whole syringe of something gets into them, but jsut a little bit.

I make peanut butter balls with the calcium in it, or yogurt. I tried giving it in water and milk and he hated it.

No peanut butter. Giving calcium with peanuts to a squirrel with MBD is extremely counterproductive. Yogurt is a much better option or even in a little juice or honey water.
