I'm new at this so please excuse my ignorance and slight paranoia. So my squirrel who was introduced as Arthur is actually a female ( my bad ) and a few months old. She's an Eastern Gray and she has found and eaten a good chunk of dry milkbone - the dog treats- that my pup had hidden in the window behind the blinds. I'm super careful not to let her get dog foods etc because I know hey aren't supposed to have meats so I'm really worried it might have caused her harm. Anyone had this happen? Will she be ok? She seems ok but I'm worried.

She will be just fine. And squirrels do eat some meat - they have been known to snag a baby bird or two...

Oh good- thank you for responding I know it may seem silly but I'm super attached to her.

Nayadarling; don't apologize for having a heart and loving a squirrel for what she is. All of us here at TSB are not only attached to our squirrels but devoted to making their existence a little better. I am glad you asked questions, so now you know more.
Regards,
Trooper's dad
