Someone brought in this little baby flyer on Monday and I have had her since. She was brought in with her eyes closed and weighing 15 grams. Im guestimating her at 4 weeks Today she is 20 grams and her eyes opened 2 days ago. She is starting to move around the tank and seems wobbly. Is this MBD or is it just a baby leaning to walk?
I am feeding her powdered esbilac and whipping cream.

That's a baby learning to walk. :grin2 They don't get MBD while on formula. MBD is caused by low calcium and high phosphorus diet. She gets her calcium from the formula so you don't need to worry about that right now.

New flyers are pretty wobbly. At this age MBD is usually not an issue. It could be other things like trauma to it's head or vision issues. Just keeping a close watch right now and ensuring you are feeding a proper diet is probably the best course of action for now.

Oh thank god! I didn't think it was possibly to get on formula but I wasn't sure. Thank you!!!
