My little fox squirrel is nearing 12 and a half weeks, and with her growing up I'd like to know if there are any things I should watch out for during her wean period. Right now she's getting formula 2 times daily as well as eating her solid squirrel food. Today I've noticed she seems to be a bit more lethargic? She's happy go lucky in the morning but as the day goes on, she just mellows. (Right now it's 11pm and she's asleep on my side). I googled it and saw that the weather may have an affect on a squirrel. It's been cloudy recently with occasional rain and drizzle. If whether does affect her somehow, how should I expect her to act in hot/cold/mild climates?
Also, I'd like to give her a little check up, just to make sure everything is in order (which it seems to be). I have a stethoscope and a scale. Anything I can do with those? Maybe check her lungs and stuff, or make sure she's a healthy weight (what would her healthy weight be exactly?)
Sorry for all the questions! I just want to ensure my baby is in tip top shape:)
