Are younger squirrels generally a little clumsy?

I have a younger squirrel in my yard, or maybe a 8 or 9 week old est. (full tail, small body), who is apparently just learning to walk on power lines and he occasionally tips over upside down hanging onto the line, and then manages to pull himself upright again. His mother supervises him closely.

Should I be concerned? Anything should do to help it?

I think he is just learning to be a squirrel. Probably a couple of weeks older if he is out with mama.
