Is there something besides rescue remedy I can use to sedated the squirrel to cut back teeth?

Maybe tramadol ...is you can get your hands on some :dono usually when you wrap them well, eyes covered...and have their head hanging down...they calm down. I've trimmed a wild's teeth this way...well, it's a two man job...I held while hubby trimmed :great

You can talk to your vet about valium. I've used it safely in a few squirrels at proper dosing

If,someone could help to break the dosage down as to how much water to add to dilute a 400/80 smztmp pill into a 0.0006 dose ml/gm that would be a big help. Thank you

AbbyJune, please start a thread in the emergency section. No one knows from this post to help because of the title.

What is the problem with the babies? Are they clicking? How much do they weigh? We can help you dose but we need more information.
The 0.0006 ml/gm doesn't make sense to me.
Trimethroprim/sulfa is dosed at 25mg/kg.

We would like to help but need more info.
