I've noticed that Pascal (3 y/o male) has started looking rather pudgy lately... Any suggestions?

He usually eats 3 rodent blocks spread out throughout the day, 2-3 small pieces of fruits/veggies in the morning and evening, and the occasional nut/acorn.

I know my indoor guy puts on a little extra weight as winter approaches although I feed him the same amount I always have. Not sure if their metabolism slows down a little or what, but his winter coat is already starting to come in even though he is indoors. I think it is triggered by the length of the daylight outside or something like that. Either that, or the shorter days make him more lazy... not sure which. :thinking
