5 week old female with 2 year old male

I just wondered how to go about setting up her new home & if i should fix a place in our 2 yr old male's cage or have a separate one for her. Any help is greatly appreciated!

He might kill the baby. They should be separate... definitely.

Squirrels are territorial and he won't look favorable to having another squirrel in HIS cage even if it is a baby.

Ok thank you, he isnt agressive & he's seen her a couple of times but i know she cant stay in her tiny nesting box all day & ive kinda let stella(thats His name) have the run of the house. He has a cage but last winter i took the top off to move it into another room because of having a woodstove, anyway he did Not like the move so i put his cage back into the back room & he kinda has free run when he's up. Well except during teeth cutting time, ugh. Thank you sorry for the novel
