I was trying to get my 4 week old Squirrle to start using a feeding syringe and to much went into his mouth and it came out his noes...what should I do??

Hind end up nose down and gently suck. Sounds like too big a syringe. Use a 1ml syringe .

Outside the advice on using a 1 ml/cc syringe pay close attention to baby's breathing for the next 24 hours.
If you hear any sounds of clicking when he breathes your going to need anti biotics.
Aspirating fluids is what causes aspiration pneumonia.

It's also a good thing to check and see what kinds of anti biotcs you might have or could get hold of beforehand.
When or if the time arises that these baby's need ab's time is always of the essence.
A good stand by is Baytril (animal form) or Cipro (human form)
Cipro is an ab many woman have had prescribed and may still have some on hand.
Whatever the ab you can find we can tell you if it can be used for squirrels and
provide dosing if necessary.
It only takes one or two caps or pills properly suspended to treat a squirrel.
