Acquired my newest little man yesterday. Haven't raised a baby this young in a long time. My gram scale is at work so I can't weigh him in until Tuesday (I will be taking him work daily after that and weighing in, I was on vacation when I got the call) but I have been feeding him 1cc about every two to two and a half hours. Watching his milk line closely. I can't remember the timing and amounts for feeding new pinkies. He is fully hydrated and very active. As I'm typing I realize I should have probably posted this in non-life threatening. But I need to get some sleep soon and I wanted to set my alarms correctly for feelings tonight. I'll include a picture for size reference. I'm sorry to ask silly questions but it's just been so long that I don't want to mess anything up for this little boy, he is such a fighter and I think he will make it. Any second guessing I have just posted away because you guys are the experts! I warm him to thrive like his older sisters! Thanks for any input! :Love_Icon:Love_Icon

There are NO silly questions, promise.
We all started out at one time ya know. :grin2
How often are you feeding now?

edit: Saw the answer in the above post, every 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Sorry here's one angle of the little man! Anakin. I raised one a bit younger than him once but that was over two years ago so I feel rusty!!

Oh for the love of God, you COULD put a CUTENESS OVERLOAD WARNING BEFORE YOU POST THESE! :tap:klunk

Look at him holding onto your thumb. :Love_Icon

Gosh I guess I never realized how difficult it would be to guess a pinkies weight,
however, I will say ~ 20-24 grams. Just a guess on that, but the one think I can tell
you with complete certainty................HE IS JUST PRECIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pay attention to his "milk line" it will help you gauge his feeding times.
You want it to be completely gone by his next feeding.
