Just saw this little guy in my driveway. It's not afraid of me or anything. I can't leave it here, the sun is going down. What should I do???

Not sure but you could bring it in for the night. Keep in quiet, dark container? Does it appear injured? I would call a rehabber in the morning just in case.

Bring it in. Its eyes don't look good. See if you can get some chopped up blueberries into it, for moisture and calories. Dark and quiet, but should not need heat.

Well darn, I tried. Lauri was out with the bird while I went to the house to get something to put it in. By the time I get back out there she had already picked the baby up and it flew above her and onto a branch. The branch was about 6' up so we stood there trying to figure out what to do. It chirped the most pitiful sounding chirp I have ever heard. Then I saw another bird fly close to us and with the sun going down it was hard to tell if it was the momma or not. We turned to walk several feet away and when we looked back we couldn't see the baby. I'm hoping its momma saved it.

Quiet, warm and dark...put some cloths or absorbent material in your box to allow for pee & poop. No noise, TV, music in the room with him.
He may just be stunned and come back to normal in a few hours. I found a hummingbird that flew into a window, and was stunned for about three hours --then he flew off-unharmed.
I hope he is not sick.
