It could be an allergic reaction, although that is rare with Baytril. How much does she weigh?

She could be allergic, as IR said it would be rare. I would give the Benadryl. I am not sure which ab would be the best substitute. Is Hrt4 Squrls around? You could pm her. In the meantime I will see what I can find.

What form of baytril are you using? And what strength and dose?
You need SMZ-TMP, best for baby flyers. But we will have to have a weight on the baby. Is she still with us? Never had one lose hair or those symptoms on Baytril, very strong drug and can be overdosed very easily.

You may want to put this little one on some DMG to it is a immune booster and can help along with antibiotics...:great

Thank goodness, Imcandy! I will move this thread out of Life Threatening to Non Life-Threatening. SO glad she is better. :)
