Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Mix 1 quart water
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons sugar

Warm this like formula and feed by syringe, drop by drop if need be. Hopefully it will help the appetite perk up and will help to start moving the cow's milk out of the system.

How long has it been that he has had only hydration? And how much over that time period if you know?

And long long since he has last had the cow's milk?

When you transition to the Royal Canine it would be best to start with a diluted strength and slowly work up to full strength.

Based on my experience with cow's milk and babies, it will take a little bit of time. And just like the previous post, it would be good to slowly transition ... force feed if necessary. Use to take me 30 minutes just to get something in them. But it will get better. Just takes time. Glad he doesn't look stunted....can you post a photo?

He has got better now just that he drinks the formula very slowly it takes me 15 mins to feed him
He is hydrated now I think.... his hair is not standing now.. I also noticed he dosent like to drink when the light is on
